About me
Thanks for wanting to learn more about me and the practice for equal parenting! My name is Dr. Tiuri van Rossum, and I have over twelve years of experience in organizational research, coaching individuals and training groups of professionals. My background in organizational and educational sciences has taught me how people and organizations develop, learn, and change. There are many similarities between the principles of organizational sciences and the dynamics of a family. There is cooperation, shared goals, personal leadership, teamwork, and family management. 
What motivated me the most to start up the Practice for Equal Parenting is my own experience of balancing my career with my roles as parent and partner. The practice for equal parenting aims to support organizations and parents in their pursuit towards a healthy balance between work and family life. Furthermore, the practice for equal parenting advice organizations to become family-friendly and in the development of a supportive environment for parents. It is truly rewarding to be able to support parents who want to become more equal parents.
